Tuning Question xx75 xx78
« on: September 21, 2009, 03:45:00 PM »
I have a mixed batch of xx75 and xx78 2315's. If I am bare shafting them, is ther any difference between the xx75's and the xx78's. I'm not sure what that designation means, I'm guessing it is quality of aluminum or weight but not sure. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The xx75 has a solid swedge for the nock and the xx78 has a unibushing. do they weigh the same and is the FOC the same?
People need to get a life. That dose not mean to take someone else’s, or to make one they can't support.

I just put new baterries in my scale so i could check the weights. I believe they are the same in length and foc but will check that. I plan on making them all identical except for the nock end obviously.

Probabaly should have posted this over in the POWWOW forum than in the bowyers bench (building) forum.  Good luck and good shooting.

Yeh I know. Thought I was in in POW POW when I posted it. Is there a way to move a thread like this or should I just re-post
