Fixing chips and dings ...

Another hunting season winding down and a few more dings in my bow's finish.
I'm wondering if there's an easy way to fix small chips and scratches, or if I should just leave them alone?

Hee hee "supper glue". Talk about stickin' to yer ribs!
My be able to dab tru-oil in them too. Either way, like ranger said, go easy with the (extra fine)wool.
