snake skins turn white?

Has anyone else with snakeskin backing on fiberglass recurve limbs applied by well known bowyers,turn white on edges and stress areas ,does anyone have a remedy. John

If super glue was used as a finish it can turn white.

YOU CAN USE TRU OIL GUN STOCK FINISH LOOKS GRAT

Stain edges the same color as the bow.
