Snake backed osage
« on: April 23, 2010, 08:30:00 PM »
Here's one I just finished. It's 63 1/2" ntn, 52 lbs @ 28". I cut this back in Sept. I put buffalo horn tip over lays on since these picks. Its a really good shooter and quiet.

That osage and rattlesnake combo looks so much better than the osage and black snake I am working on.

Great looking bow!

Thank you all. I'll get some new pics. The limbs are pretty close to the same thickness from the fades out. It is about 1 3/4" at the widest.

It looks like the super glue is craking in a few spots. Seems like there is always some minor flaw in every bo I build.
