Fitting riser to bowform question

PLEASE help with some advise here. I'm getting redy to make my first laminated bow and ran into a grey area. As I understand I'm supposed to make sure the riser shape fit the form perfectly, right?

So lets assume thats a perfect fit. If I use lams that taper to the ends surely the fact that I have a layer of bowtuff and then probably two layers of TAPERED lams below the riser when I glue up will now mess up the fit???
Am I right in thinking the taper of the lams will make the ends of the riser (towards the fade outs) fit less well??
Or am I missing something?
How do you experienced guys do it?

Dry run with all lams in place.  Check riser fit with clamps on and tapers under the riser.

Yep, what Kenny said.  When you get that first one right, make a pattern for subsequent risers.

I use parallels under the riser (back side) and fit my tapers on top (belly side). This doesn't affect the fit.Pup
