What wax do you guys use as a finish on your bows. I have access to parrafin wax. Will that work or do I eed something different and where do you get it.

If you are talking about wax as a finish on a selfbow then yes, paraffin is what you want. Dean Torges did a section in his book, "Hunting The Osage Bow" on using paraffin as a finish for selfbows.

I remembered seeing that information somewhere and looked it up as soon as I saw your post. Will re-read that chapter tonight and look to put it to use tomorrow.
