horse archery?
« on: February 13, 2008, 10:24:00 PM »
So... maybe I'm behind the times and out of the loop, but do they still have an annual horse archery shoot in Fort Dodge, Iowa?  I had heard of it before, but any mention I find of it now is old.
Maybe somebody "in the know" can set me straight.  Thanks folks!

Update:  I sent an e-mail to Meg Beshey of the IHAF and Lukas of Saluki Bows - it sounds like there is no current horse archery shoot planned for Fort Dodge this year due to many of the archers being busily involved with other events around the globe this summer.  But it sounds like they would like to pick up and continue having them in the future.
So... just an FYI for anyone else that might have been curious!
