Mantis Quiver??
« on: February 14, 2008, 10:26:00 AM »
I would appreciate comments, regarding the Mantis quiver( Shrew Archery) or for that matter over the shoulder quivers in general. I have used a Selway hip quiver for several years. I just think I would like to try an over the shoulder style quiver. I'm a longbow shooter and just don't like bow quivers on my LB.   :help:

Bill, I just bought the Mantis 4 from Ron a couple of weeks ago....I really like it.  I also have a GFA and a couple of home made side quivers.  The broadhead hood on the Mantis is large enough to completely cover a large broadhead, the arrow grippers hold arrows real secure, and the strap can easily be detached from the front of the quiver. Quivers are kind of a personal thing, what works for one.....

I use the Mantis on all of my hunts and I am very happy with it.  Ron has some fine products.  Looks good too.....the way I have been shooting lately I need to at least look good.
