took new bow on a trip
« on: September 10, 2010, 12:50:00 PM »
I finished this bow in Feb. it's 64 in 54#@28.

Hunted with it for turkey's without any shot opportunities. Went to Alaska 2 weeks ago and had one shot opportunity. I like this bow.

It looks like the bow and the hunter both did their job.  Good looking bow, but pardon my ignorance, what kind of wood is used in your riser?

hunt was more fun than should be legal--see post in pow wow. bow has one inch of reflex in the limbs and parallel laminations. I will see if I can find pics of the build.
