What's the best method for thing water based poly? I'm going to dip with gasket system. Thanks in advance!

I don't think I would thin it at all. I have used gasket lacqure in the past with the gasket on top of the dip tube and it worked fine. And gasket lacqure is thick stuff. Try one arrow or a sample piece first and see how it works for you, before you thin it.

I've never done it myself, but in hobby shops they have whats called acrylic flow improver. Its basically a thinner for water based products. I've used it for different paints, but it might work for poly too?
