LOL Scrub, two guys will work, but the more the better. We have had 10 to 12 guys at some of our Bownanzas:) Always neat because everyone is at a different stage of building their bow.

The form is red oak, 6 inches wide, 6 feet long and 1 inch thick, then I bolted 1 inch steel angle down the sides, it doesn't bend:) I usually clamp it in the vice out in the center of the shop, but the bow horses took up that space a bit. It's nice clamped in the center of the shop though, then you can work on it from both sides.
