I'd be interested in that. I can't seem to print one out right. No matter what I do it seems to come out bigger or smaller than correct. May be my gear (or me). I always seem to have trouble with PDF in Adobe.

if you cant print it to scale , take it to kinko's or somewhere with a good copier. you can use any kind of plastic really , notebook covers and projector transparencies are the first that come to mind. print them on paper , adjusting the +/- resizing options until the thing is to scale. a lot of printers and computers use margins and headers and it can be a very big pita to get something consistently to scale.

once you have 1 inch coming up 1 inch , slip the plastic in , and get to it. just be careful , as laser printers use heat and toner , which can melt or warp your plastic.

thats why i just called a sign shop.he had some "10mil polyethelene" sheeting , which is actually 1mm . vetty vetty niiiice...

:)   Ok, here is where we stand right now.  I went to the shop and got these scanned and printed.  They are real close to scale, but don't pay much attention to the lettering, did my best to make it close.  If anyone is interested in one, please P.M. me and I will get one to you.  I will need your home address and all that good stuff.  Have a great day my friends.

I had to set my printer zoom to 125% to get it dead on accurate with my 6" steel rule.

If nothing else this will at least give you a guide to make all measurements identical rather than just winging it as you go.
I've been using my small steel rulers for bow building and a yard stick for longer measurements and layouts. But this will come in hand for quick referrence since the marks are already on there.

I made my copy on Kodak Photo Paper then put a piece of wide clear tape that I use to tape boxes up with for shipping and layered it over both sides. Poor man's lamination, and it's waterproof and plenty durable. Only cost me a short amount of time, and the most time consuming was getting the size correct.

Thanks Clint for the file.

Hey Bernie, if you still need one and can't get it the right size just PM or email me your address and I'll send you one of mine. I have 2 extra copies from the sheet I cut mine out of.
