Just wondered what glue you all used when you make laminated riser blocks? I have some titebond III, but being new at this, I wasn't sure if I needed something else. Thanks!

If it is going to be a glass bow I would use smooth-on

Smooth-on for glass and Urac or Resorcinol (sp) for all wood bows.

The broadhead used, regardless of how sharp, is nowhere as important as being able to place it in the correct spot.

I don't think I would use titebond on a bow. Like everyone else has said I wouod go with smooth-on or Urac, I have used smooth-on and have had no problems with it.

I used TB111 on a few risers and they all held up so far, but for the little savings it isn't worth the doubt. Smooth-on is your best bet for glass bows.

I agree with everyone. I used tite bond III on one of my very first bows to have it blow up. I have used smooth on ever since with NO problems.

I have used the Titebond 3 on several risers without an issue. That doesn't mean that I would recommend it or that I will not have problems with those risers in the future. I could only recommended the same epoxy as the others have mentioned above.
