Looks like you did a real good job on it. The tiller looks real nice, that's by far the hardest part to learn, the rest is just cosmetic.
I may be able to help you with resizing your pics.
Move your mouse over your picture in photobucket and a menu will drop down. In the blue bar right under the pic you will see "Share/Edit/Delete/Move" click on "Edit"
When the picture comes up on the edit screen, you will see a series of buttons at the top as follows "Auto Fix/Red Eye/Crop/Resize" click on "Resize"
Then you will see 2 sliding buttons to the upper right next to the size dimensions. Move the height and width buttons until it says 640 x 480 and then just to the right of the buttons you will see 2 check boxes. The first box says "Use Percentages" and the other says "Keep Proportions" you want to check the "Keep Proportions" box. Then go down to the bottom of the page and click "Replace Original" this will resize the picture so you can copy it here. As long as that box that says "Keep Proportions" remains checked, all your pictures that you upload to Photobucket in the future will automatically be resized to those dimensions.
Now.....when you want to copy and past a pic on a website here's what you do.
In your album where the pic is saved, hover your mouse over the pic. A menu will drop down and you have a list of link options that say "Email/Direct Link/HTML Code/Image Code" left click the one that says "Image Code" now come back over here to your message and click on the screen where you want the pic. Now while the cursor is flashing, right click there and when the menu pops up go to "Paste" and left click that. Your image code link will be posted in the message body for your pic. You can go the bottom on your message and click "Preview" to see your message before you hit "Add Reply" to see what your message will look like before posting to the forum so you will be able to make sure you posted the picture link correctly. If you did it right, the picture will show up in the message body.
Hope all that makes sense and helps you somewhat?
Print these directions out if you need to so you can read through them while your trying to copy and paste your pics, and resize them.
Good Luck!
