Brazilian Walnut hard wood floor and oak Take down recurve
« on: March 27, 2011, 03:15:00 PM »
I had some oak and brazilian walnut hard wood flooring left over and decided to make a take down recurve. I just started the riser and here is the rough cut          Here is the final shaping all I need now is sanding and the hardware that will be here soon.

Looks good to me.  I have a couple in the works with Brazilian walnut as well, first time to use it supposed to be some tough stuff.

I used it in my gun room it was the hardest hard wood flooring I could get. So I just thought about using the extra for this little project.
