finished a new R/D longbow

Just recently finished her up.  It is 64"ntn--52#@28, hard maple core, black glass on back and belly, phonolic tip overlays.  What jawall think?  let me see if I can get the pictures posted...I'm about 50/50 success rate posting pict's

David, well it is sorta Binghams form plans...this was the first glass bow I ever built..I have always been more into the all wood bows but I thought I would give this a shot.

I used their  form plans for the curves and all but then altered it from there.  If you follow their plans, you will end up with a bow with even lenght limbs.  You will also end up with a little different riser.  This bow has a longer upper limb and the shelf is cut to center...the limbs are also trapazoid instead of the sides  being square to the back and belly.  Just got to be careful about your finished draw weight when you do that to the limbs...you need to order your lams about 5# heaiver than your target weight.
