I've had good success using hot water. Hold the limb under a faucet with the hot water on for a few minutes, when the limb feels warm to the touch, apply pressure in the opposite direction of the twist past straight. Hold this for A few seconds then turn the faucet on cold and hold this till the limb is cool, then release the pressure on the limb. Will probably take several sessions to get all of the twist out. I've done two recurves this way with success, a Bear Grizzly, and a Browning Nomad.....Dan
