Always nice to have a project come together, I used these tools to make it work. You will see the Gizmo, the butcher knife (major tillering tool) the antler for burnishing the back of the bow and the little 4 way rasp/file
The bow turned out quite well in my opinion 63#@28, it likes a 7 inch brace height. Its 68" from tip to tip, I find shooting it with the wrist down gives the best groups
This is a pic of shooting 19yards, with 600 grain ash shafts. I shoot off the knuckle hence no shelf of any type, so now I guess its time to make some meat, trip planned for the 1st of Oct.
