you know if you're over spined so much..you could also swap string materials. If you're already using a dyneema string, you could go to a skinny string. It will help boost performance and bring those arrows closer to correct spine. Say 8 strand or so. you probably could go to 6. I hate trying to find serving for the smaller strings...but it boosted my performance so much I had to switch arrow material (cedar to doug fir) to get something with enough spine.
If you're adding weight to your point I highly doubt foc is the problem more so than spine itself. Get that spine on and your form flaws wont be so gross down range. Adjust what you can (tuning) and work on what you're struggling with (form), and you'll see a gross improvment down range.
I have a spine chart for those arrows at home...gonna be a busy day today but I'll try and post them later to give you and idear.
Some other things to try, moving silencers out to speed the string...adjust the strike point forward or back (put a small strip under the velcro) will also tweak dynamic spine, and of course playing with point weight will reduce dynamic spine. I believe its 45grains is around 5lbs dynamic spine to give you and idear. That may be off...I dont play with point weight perferring to find the right arrow shaft.
I still prefer bareshafting intially...group testing is good and probably better but I feel I get to fine tuning quicker with bareshafts.
tune tune tune and tune some more..you'll find that sweet spot
