56 inch R/D longbow
« on: October 13, 2011, 09:56:00 PM »
Hey Gang hadn't put one on here in a while just thought I would show this one off.  I might take this one to Nebraska for my Muley hunt in a couple weeks.  56 inch R/D  47 pounds @ 27.  49 @ 28.  The riser is just plain ole Cocobolo with Boo cores and the veneers are myrtle.   I shot a 525 grain arrow today and the arrow didnt start dropping till i got to 26 yards.   I dont have a chronograph so I dont know any numbers.  Thanks for looking.

Your "plain" bow is snazzier than my fancy ones!  :)    Especially like the myrtle veneers.  Where did you get them?

I got those from Idaho curt.   I get most of my materials from KennyM. Both of them have really nice products.

Thanks for all the kind words fellas.
