bow pictures
« on: November 11, 2011, 09:38:00 AM »
hi guys,
i am wondering if we can have a bows and arrows (and other trad hunting materials) seperated main forum so that we can look at them easily. and of course people can show them in seperated place as a gallery.

is this possible?

best.

You are probably best off asking the admin that question. Terry Green or Rob DiStephano are your best bet for getting an answer. A photo gallery forum would be a nice addition.

inksoup, Perhaps not exactly what you are looking for but if you just would like to see a lot of various traditional bows at full draw, please eyeball the Traditional Bows Drawn section of my personal (non-commercial) web site. Click on the little house in the top line of my post for the link to my website. (The same linkage exists for any poster that has a web site, BTW). Lots of folks love mine and that sect. where there are currently over 1,300 pictures of your friends, and other trad archers, at full draw. All in thumbnails w/full size pics backing them. 22 pages 60 thumbnails per page. (I have a bunch more to add too - but I've been lazy lately.) Many members here visit it often, and/or are pictured on it. In any case, try it, you'll like it - LOL

I may be wrong but I think the reason they do not have a "gallery" section is that some people would abuse it and use the section as a sort of "free advertising" for commercial interests rather than purchasing a sponsorship as required to post items for sale.
I humbly follow in the learned footsteps of those who precede me.

My pleasure, and Thanks. I think soopernate is probably pretty close to right on the "gallery".
