Retrofitting limbs for different riser styles??
« on: February 22, 2008, 12:19:00 PM »
I hope this is not a "taboo" question. I thought I had seen it asked here before, but cannot find it anywhere.

I have several older wooden risers from my "mentally unstable compound days" and some of them are absolutely gorgeous wood. I would love to be able to put some recurve or longbow limbs on them.

Anyone have any info or advice about this? Does anyone make limbs for this, or must I venture into limb making experimentation (which I really don't have the means, talent, or patience for)?
