Dick in Seattle posted some build alongs a while back. Looks to me like a Hill style bow. Dick builds some beauties and go's about it in a pretty smooth simple manner.

 Here's a link to a bunch of Dick's post

Second for Dick's bows.  I really like the forward handle jobs he has done.

Kenny goes through the basics of how he does a one piece longbow.  Hard to say for sure from your pics but it looks like a mild reflex deflex longbow is what you are after. The lay up process is about the same regardless of the bows unstrung shape.  The first bow pic is a forward handle, the second is what guys usually call a Hill style, and the third looks like a dished or locator grip.   Similar process just different form shapes and on the forward handle it has more lams on the belly of the riser vs the more common layup of having most on the back.

If you google "longbow build along"  you should get some hits to  some decent tutorials guys have posted.  Binghams Projects is a pretty common place to get started with supplies and KennyM on here is a fantastic supplier of lams, glass, glue, riser wood, etc.  He also has a R/D longbow template available that many guys have used to build nice shooting bows.  He has some pics and info on his website regarding how he builds a form.  I have done a couple they way he does and they come out nice without much room for error.
