The maker recommends room temp.  I just glued up a bow with stuff that had been stored cold and it seemed normal.

I store mine in my air conditioned house in plastic bags. it gets really hot here in summer time.. winters arn't to cold  but it still can be in the 80's in december..so smooth on stays in the house all year long

I found a unit of smooth-on while cleaning the shop, unopened, had to be atleast 3 years old. Decided to use it and had no problems. If it had been an open can I probably would have dumped it.
