Schafer Longbow - new life
« on: February 22, 2008, 08:15:00 PM »
I just have to share some pic's. I sent this bow back to Dave and had 5 pounds removed and a complete refinish. It went out at 63#@28" and came home 58#@28" and the refinish was awesome. Thanks to Dave and Beth for a great job and super service.

I think I'll get a special armguard made for each station I hunt on. Actually, I might not need to, as my friends reckon I can get around in the bush alright, but get hopelessly lost in the city!

A heck of a nice longbow there, mate! I'm really looking forward to my own Schafer recurve arriving in another month-and-a-half, hopefully.

All the best with it this year!
