board split
« on: March 10, 2012, 07:18:00 PM »
Got the first board cut out and shaped and noticed on the very end of one limb I have a split, not going to be able to flip these now but shouldn't I be able to cut from the back to the belly and add a thick piece on top of the limb and cut a recurve on it, would this work, this is a board bow red oak its 64" t/t.
