Finished up an Osage Bow for a Friend

This is a little 60" 50@28 Self bow
 
Turned out to be a surprisingly good shooter

Looks great Bjorn. I just finished one too. I'll post some pictures. Looks like I could use a lesson from you on handle wraps!

I find that Osage staves don't take much set unless you are tillering too fast or working with wood that is not ready.

Bjorn, did you flip these tips a little or is that the natural bend to the wood? If you did, did you steam or boil them?

Snag I did add a little reflex using heat with a paint stripping gun and just clamped the stave to the bench.
