Ats'a Nice'a Bow! So much for my Italian.      Thats a Beauty Whatever its Name! Whats Your Opinion on the Floppy Rest? Never used one Myself, but am interested in your Opinion. I have a Wee 4 y.o. Grandaughter I considered using a Floppy on, since she cant seem to grasp the need for an arrow rest, yet. She is whipsmart and got the rest down pat! I am so Proud!  :archer:

I'm still on the fence about the rest. It does help with consistent hand placement, but I just don't kke the look of them.

A couple other thoughts on arrow rests that are easily added (and almost as easy to remove) 1.  http://keeslongbows.com/Care_instructions.htm  page down to where it says "Shooting a wood bow or a wood longbow" and it shows how to add a rest made from a "wedge of heayy folded leather. 2. Take a small triangular shaped piece of wood or my personal favorite antler, plane one side off to mount flush with the bow, round the "top" (with point down) of it, use barge cement to attach, and then cover with your choice of grip. It doesn't even have to be as wide as the shaft and if you just leave a ridge at the top you can sand down the rest of it to the point that there is minimal increase in size of the grip. I tried adding a pic of one of my antler rests, but even though I resized it on photobucket, it kept showing up on here too large. If your interested and want to see pics of a couple, PM me and I can text or email them to you. They work great and if you decide you want to take it off, its pretty easy to pop off and remove the excess cement without messing up your original finish.
