Installing inserts

What drill bit is used to drill thru glass for stablizer inserts without splintering the glass?

Something like a brad point bit with the little spurs on the outer edge.be sure to put masking tape over the area.
I'd think about putting some super glue on the edges after the hole is drilled.
Some of these fiberglass guys might have a better,choice.

High speed & nice easy pressure works for me James.
Doesn't seem to matter what type drill bit, just as long as it's sharp.
