USING THE GIZMO
« on: September 06, 2012, 10:16:00 PM »
I'm glad I found out about this little invention on here. Every time I work on a bow I get "upset, nervious, confused, UNTIL I start with the gizmo. It gives me a point to work on rather than eyeballing the tiller which I have to do until I can bend the bow enough to use it. When I see the pencil lines I know what to do with the limb. Then I can relax and let the tiller come into shape. Thanks!

Wildcat, I'll bet the Gizmo has saved a lot of bows since it's introduction on this site.  Thanks Eric, for sharing it with us!!!

One of the best simple to use tools to evolve from it's original idea.

The gizmo is great, you still need to eyeball the fades.

Thank you Eric. I mainly make glass bows but just lately been playing about with board bows, so this gizmo will be invaluable.
