I've only delt with one with that much twist.
Normally just twisting the limb back in the right direction a little past straight and holding and repeating will work on a small twist.
Wait till you hear more opinions but the one I did it took heating the limb. The way I did that was to,run a very hot bath water, not boiling, and soaking it for about 10 minutes.
Then hand twisting well past straight holding and, pouring cool water over it and releasing.
It took 3 sessions but eventually I could get a,string on it.
Then left it strung and, gently kept correcting it.
Once it looked straight did small pulls to,see if it held.
After this left it strung for a,week or more sorta teaching it where it belonged
Since you know that heat caused the problem it may be,toast.
The old glue may be hurt and it will, show up as you progress.
Be carefull.
