2 piece t/d question
« on: December 30, 2012, 03:24:00 PM »
Has anyone here took a 1 piece bow and made it a 2 piece t/d bow? Any and all advice would be appreciated. Thanks and happy new year, Mike.

I've never done it.  The thought of cutting a perfectly good bow in two kind of scares me.

If I were going to do it, I think I'd use the connection hinge.  Here is a link to Dick Wightman's website where he documents how it's done.

(I haven't seen Dick on here in a long time.  I hope he's doin' OK.)
