Adding unidirectional carbon?
« on: February 24, 2013, 07:04:00 PM »
Have any of you guys added a lam of carbon after a bow was finished?
The bow has black glass on the back so it wouldn't do anything to the look of the bow. I just don't want to ruin the set of limbs.

I have never used carbon. Are you wanting to add draw weight to the limbs? Not sure if unidirectional is the best choice for that application. A woven carbon laminate may be more durable for what you want to do?
