Anyone with a recipe for cherry lams?

Now I am looking for a formula for a 50 to 55 pound reflex/deflex bow about 64" long with cherry lams. Anybody have a recipe w/ number of lams and corresponding thicknesses? The riser will be between 18 to 20 inches to fade outs.
Thanks,Ed

My 64" d/r for 50# takes .365 with an 18" riser and .003 total taper. It is 1.5" or a little under at fades.
Other bows are different, the 1st one is a guess....
