Munsterman, that's a form Cory just tweeked the design on and I get to be the lab rat
Today when I got over there he just finished trapping the limbs and I started in on final shape of riser. She's all sanded to 220 now and took it back to my backyard range for a few shots. Seems to shoot pretty good, after trying some different arrows I settled on some 75# shafts weighing around 640 grains. The bow pulls about 58# but it's real smooth and feels a little less. Here's a couple hero shots from around 17 yds. Dave

Hey guys, here she is finished. Cory worked the weight down a little more to 54# and she pulls smooth. Going to let her sit for a couple days then I'll put a rest on her and tune it up.

Glad to see Cory offered up a pair of those spalted black wlanut veneers. I've been wondering who was going to be the first to show off a set.

Looks great and a great job on the build.

Awesome Bow...and seeing how you laid up your riser may answer a question I have had. I have typically stacked a riser( if it is not one piece and I am laminating)... from back to belly rather than left to right. If that makes sense. Is there any structural concern laminating the riser as you did?
