Has anyone made a turkey call using a film canister or similar container and a piece of latex? I'v seen it somewhere but can't remember where

Go to nwtf.org and look under "For Hunters." Then go to Tips and Adventures. You should easily see where to go under the "Tube Calls." I'd provide the actual web address, but it takes awhile to download the site and at this time I'm not interested in making one.
