Bow fishing Cuba lake

Anyone ever go Bow fishing for carp in Cuba lake in western NY? I'm looking for spots to go for the upcoming spring, and would also like any tips on gear or the best time to go. I was lucky enough to have Drewsbow take us last year and now I'm hooked.

Don't know about Cuba but Hemlock is worth a look, have seen them pretty thick in the spring.

Never heard of carp in Hemlock but I guess they could/would be there.Conesous (SP sorry) lake has some but I've never tried there either.Mostly when I go I hit Russel station or the ponds.I have gone in Black creek but it gets so muddy so fast that it's nearly impossible to see fish. You'll hafta come out to Russel some time I'll check to see when the season officially opens
