Nah....that's easy peasy [/b]
you know..it might not be THAT bad.
I'm not positive I can do it..BUT
I couldn't help myself..
I had a barrel that fit in for a riser pretty good and flexed the bow just a bit..just an inch or 2.
Looked like it just might come around in the right places...we'll see..
First I gotta get a handle on the thing...my least favorite part of the build...just don't have good tools for that...or a steady hand.
The plan is to try to layer a few 3/16" thick pieces in with glue and c-clamps.
Worried doing so might try to straighten out the bow in the handle area. Might try to do it on the glue up jig so I can hold down the dips. If so, i'll pad the heck outta the back there.
Just gotta try it and see how it goes....maybe just glue on a few pieces at a time..I dunno
