What type do you use in your bow oven. Looking for one.

I use a digital temperature controller.  Has a built in thermometer.  Works great.

for a thermometer you can use a dial, the kind they use in weber grills that go thru a hole in the lid. home depot probably will have them. That's what I used when I had my old oven going, now its all digital. He you can have my old oven if you want it. Will need a little work but save you from needing to build one.

Thanks Terry, Jason has ours built just need a themometer. Any questions we will be giving you a hollor for sure.
