Big Jim's Bow Company
« on: April 09, 2014, 12:36:00 AM »
Seen a lot of people looking for a bow making supplier lately. I believe in helping all Tradgang sponsors so.... call Big Jim's. He is a down to earth guy and the folks at his place are top notch. If you are just needing lams there are several guys on here that produce those, but for a complete bow's worth of supplies Big Jim is the go to man. Just a shout out to good folks easy to do business with. Thanks Jim, Debbie, Brent and other folks I may have missed!

I own blackwidow bows I make longbows from staves and I own a big Jim bow and his bow can not be beat by any bow manufacture out there. You start with a basic bow which is far from anything basic and from there you just add all sorts of bells and whistles. Again there isn't a better bow.

I wanted to use them!! Unfortunately, they're not set up to do powerlams or tip wedges, so now I'm trying old master crafters, and if they don't do it, I guess I'm just going to have to buy a drum sander before I can make any more bows.  Oh Kenny how I miss your services so!

If there turns out to be more of a demand for the power lams and tip wedges, we will add them to our options. up until your request, I have never had a request for those two. We are adding things all the time but it will take a little time to get up to speed.

Thanks, bigjim

No problem Jim, totally understand, ended up putting a pretty big order in last night for some glass, arrows, and buffalo hide.  Look forward to receiving them!

Jim will you be carrying Osage riser blanks? That's 1 thing I can't get from Bingams? How about different colors of glass?
