I use cheapo Marathon blades, I think they are 24 teeth. Disposable.

I make my own jigs. It is really pretty involved and would take way too long to try to explain, and would likely only leave you scratching your head trying to figure out what I was talking about. I'd almost have to make another video showing how I do it. I'm sorry it doesn't answer your question.
