Limb bolts

I have built a myself a new riser, does anybody run the limb bolts all the way through the riser instead of using the inserts.

My riser is one for the A&H limbs

Any help would be appreciated

Only person I can think of who I know builds takedown's like that is Marc St.Louis, you cvan google ironwoodbowyer to find his site and some examples.

Only other thing I've seen is where the insert is in the limb butt and the bolt runs through the riser from the back, but since you have the limbs already this is not practical.

FWIW, the inserts are very easy to install.
