54" Pacific Yew bow

Just finished this one up. 54" Pacific Yew riser and veneers with black and white accents.  Came out 56@26 and puts an arrow downrange with authority!

I don't know what it is about yew but I love the color of the wood. The black accents make it even more stunning. Absolutely gorgeous bow, well done.

That looks great.  I like how the grain in the yew looks.  Great full draw pic.  Really a nice looking bow

I really like that profile and full draw tiller.  Great work.  Looks like you're getting all 54" out of that thing.   :)

It would probly make some good firewood if it got pulled out to 30"   :eek:   it starts stacking at about 27-27.5 because I've got a p-lam built in. One without a p-lam will draw out to 28 before it starts stacking. A 58" will make it out to 29-30 though...60" for sure
