I got in some of the new Unibond and it's as thin as milk. The Urac had good body but this stuff is pretty thin. Do I have a bad batch?

My unibond is thinner also. If you don't trust it, do a glue up on some scrap wood first.

I've only bought 3 cans over the last 2-3 years.
Each had the consistency of honey as Eric stated.
