"Asiatic bow" is a really broad term; broader even than "horse bow". The nomad cultures of Central Asia, Japan, Korea and China developed at least a dozen major different designs of more or less short, short, more or less asymmetrical bows for use on horseback. Those cultures also developed flatbows, longbows and a huge variety of other designs. Can you give us a better idea of what you're looking for?
I have a build-along elsewhere, and will help if you like my Scythian design:

JacobKurt did a nice job on his Magyar style horse bow

The ultimate resource for Asian style bow information is the Asian Traditional Archery Research Network --

You probably should pick up Adam Karpowicz's book on Turkish bow construction, as it has lots of information that is relevant to all bows of their type.
