Got it back to 32" looking good, readjusted my pulley setup to allow for 2 more inches and it blew up at 24". Tension break about 6" north of the handle. Kind of bummed - I haven't had many break since I started making bows again, esp. not this close to completion.

Like Eric, I'd use heat to make both limbs the same. It sure does make seeing proper tiller much easier.

I thought it was looking good.

Sorry to hear but after 25 years of bow making I still get breaks.

Perhaps choose a better stave next time...one you don't have to heat.  34" is a long draw. Good staves are hard to beat.
