According to my calculations you should be between 180 and 185fps with 10gpp, a very impressive figure.
Just a thought on pricing ... I hate to see bowyers making these fantastic bows undercut themselves on pricing. I was talking to a gentlemen the other day, a woodworker not a bowyer, and he was telling me that when he decides to buy a piece of work from another woodworker, he never argues the price, and he said its because "if i chew him down on price on this piece, I'm just devaluing all of his other work". He said at the end of eh day you're not just paying for the work you're buying but you're paying for the knowledge and experience and past efforts that helped him develop the skill needed to make that piece.
I guess what I'm saying is when you're buying a bow like this, or the many other fantastic bows available from the many great bowyers on TG, and many who aren't part of the community, you are buying art and not just a tool.
If you want a tool for shooting deer, any $200 samick or vintage bear will do the job. If you want something special, something that speaks to you in a way that's not just utilitarian but has beauty and style and character, then I think it's fair for the artist to ask to be compensated properly not just for he work, and the experience, but also for the vision it takes to imagine and create something special.
Bottom line, this is like a sculpture, and not like a tool handle, and I hope you price them accordingly. This goes to all the bowyers working and selling out there and to all those looking to buy something you can display and not just shoot.
Cheers.
