Howdy Folks!
Longtime since I have posted on the board but occasionally stopping in for updates. I'm finally going to build another bow....this one for me. I have all the materials and was pondering a question I wanted to settle before glue up.
What is, if any - advantage to having a core lam and glass versus glass only lam riding up the riser fade? I have built them both ways and couldn't really tell a difference to be honest. By they way I build Hill style bows. Is there some sort of performance advantage or purely aesthetic?
