One for Sgt. Dan Martin

Been promising my buddy Sgt. Dan Martin a bow for a couple years now.  Finally got to it.

Hackberry with Maple cores

Have you used Hackberry much? I have built two bows using Hackberry and so far I really like the feel of the bow with Hackberry core wood.  It seems to be really good bow wood.

This is only the second bow I have used the hackberry but I am really impressed.  I will be using more of it.

Thanks guys for the compliments.  Dan is a good friend.  A disabled vet.  Deserves a good bow.
