I have a thread posted on PowWow I was just wondering if there is any benefits to natural Bamboo versus Laminated or action boo.Also where are the best places to buy either Natural or Actionboo.Higuera Hardwoods was recommended in Pow Wow.

I used to buy the bamboo planks from Frank's Bamboo that were real good quality.They were way cheaper than anyone else.

I used to purchase bamboo from Frank's as well. Great prices and good quality. The shipping cost was what killed me though, and I was only having it shipped from CA to Oregon. I now import bamboo direct from the source, China. It is the same product, from the same source, that Frank offers. Importing large quantities direct from the source allows me the ability to grade out the junk and still offer the lowest price available. From Frank, you re buying bamboo from a cane and rush supplier, when you buy bamboo from Echo Archery, you are buying from a fellow bowyer and supporting his archery habit.
